These Terms are between you and Shenzhen Manying Culture Media Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the Arxens mobile application and its local features. By using Arxens, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the app.

1. Scope of the service

Arxens provides mobile visual sensing, human pose, object detection, depth estimation, spatial scanning, on-device recording and playback, and user-initiated raw sensor broadcasting on a local network. Availability depends on device hardware, system version, permissions and app version.

2. Device permissions and capture

Camera, microphone, motion sensor and local network capabilities are used only when needed for the corresponding features and remain subject to system permissions. You may deny or revoke a permission in Settings, but related features may become unavailable.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in content you capture or create. Before recording, scanning, broadcasting or sharing people, private places or protected content, obtain any required permission and comply with applicable law. Do not use Arxens for unlawful surveillance, infringement or harm.

4. Local discovery, broadcasting and sharing

The app may publish low-frequency device discovery metadata while running. Sensor data is sent only after you start broadcasting and select sources. Receivers on the same network may access that data. Broadcast only on trusted networks and verify recipients and intended use. You choose recipients when exporting recordings through the system share sheet.

5. Perception and reconstruction results

Pose, detection, depth and 3D reconstruction results depend on the device, environment, occlusion, lighting, motion and model capability, and may be incomplete, inaccurate or interrupted. They are not medical, safety, metrology, engineering acceptance or other professional conclusions. Independently verify important uses.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the Arxens software, brand, interface and related content belong to the operator or applicable rightsholders. Except as permitted by law or authorization, you may not copy, sell, maliciously modify, bypass security controls or interfere with the app. Third-party components remain subject to their own terms.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain stability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, scene or network. Effects caused by device failure, permissions, networks, system updates, force majeure or misuse are handled within the limits of applicable law. Minors should use the app with guardian supervision.

8. Updates, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms when features or laws change and will make the current version available in the app and on this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through consultation.
